  • The venue is ideal for hosting both wedding and reception on site for guest counts up to 275. Ceremony is typically held in the Conservatory and Reception in the Bow Truss.

  • A full day rental is 14 hours in the space. This should include load-in, event timeline and load-out. We do offer hourly rentals with a 10 hour minimum Monday through Thursday.

  • Yes, our elevated bar service is required for all events and includes: 5 types of glassware, bar tools & ice service. Our talented Beverage team is one of our favorite amenities! They create curated beer and wine selections along with amazing signature drinks.

  • We pride ourselves in having an open vendor policy which allows clients to work with the licensed and insured vendor of their choice. This allows clients to work within their budget and design style to make their event individual, unique and personal.

  • Rehearsals are free at Saint Elle. We schedule them based on availability and our event schedule the day before your event. Our typical time for rehearsals is 9am-10am the day before your event.

  • We have on-site parking for approximately 150 guests included in the rental fee (Parking lot - 50 spaces). Once you go over 150 guests you will work with our team to create additional parking options including: parking attendants, valet and shuttle. (Additional parking solutions are not included in your venue costs)

  • Venue rental rates are based on Event Date. Spring (March-June) and Fall (September-November) rates are the most desirable and are considered “Peak Season”. Saturdays are the highest value and most desirable, while Fridays & Sundays “Off-peak” months, offer the most cost effective opportunity to hosting at Saint Elle. Our venue weekday rates (Monday-Thursday) are Hourly minimums apply. The versatile pricing really offers clients options for hosting at Saint Elle.

  • When booking Saint Elle we offer an “open vendor policy”. This allows you to use the licensed and insured vendor of your choice. Nashville’s event community is diverse and can accommodate a wide range of styles and budgets. We can also connect you with our trusted partners for event rentals and catering for a more inclusive experience.

  • The venue is located in the Wedgewood Houston 2 miles south of Broadway. The neighborhood has become home to high end international boutiques as well as celebrated restaurants. This proximity offers an accessible location from all areas of the city.

  • Fill out our inquiry form and immediately receive our brochure with Details & Pricing as well as available dates to tour the venue.

  • Once you submit your inquiry and tour the venue, events can be booked through our platform bu e-signing your contract and submitting payment for the venue rental rate.

  • Depending on the type of service either a minimum or 50% of the package will be due at 90 days. The balance for pre-paid package is due 14 days prior to the event and cash be is due immediately following your guest departure.
