What is Saint Elle, and what types of events does it host?

Saint Elle is a modern event venue in Nashville's Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, set inside a converted 1950s bowstring truss building. It hosts weddings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, corporate galas, and private social events of all kinds.

Where is Saint Elle located?

Saint Elle is located at 1420 3rd Ave S, Nashville, TN 37210, in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, less than two miles south of Broadway.

What makes Saint Elle different from other Nashville event venues?

Saint Elle's industrial-chic bowstring truss architecture gives the venue a distinct, modern character. The building's single-level layout allows for an easy flow between spaces for clients, vendors, and guests alike. Catering through Dream Events and Catering, lighting and production through Nashville Lighting and Production, and a dedicated event coordinator are all in-house, so clients work with one team from contract to send-off.

What event spaces are available at Saint Elle?

Saint Elle includes two primary event spaces and an outdoor patio. The Bow Truss is the venue's main hall, a 6,036-square-foot space with soaring arched ceilings, an open floor plan, and a built-in bar, with glass doors opening onto the Patio. The Conservatory is a 1,871-square-foot, temperature-controlled space with floor-to-ceiling windows and treetop views, ideal for a ceremony or as a flexible complement to the Bow Truss. The Patio is a 1,000-square-foot partially covered outdoor space connected directly to the Bow Truss.

What is the capacity of Saint Elle?

Capacity at Saint Elle depends on your event format. A seated dinner with a band accommodates up to 250 guests, including ceremony. A seated dinner with a DJ accommodates up to 300 guests. Interior fully seated dining accommodates up to 400 guests. A cocktail-style reception accommodates up to 600 guests. Theater-style seating accommodates up to 450 guests. Does Saint Elle have indoor and outdoor spaces?

Yes. The Bow Truss and Conservatory are both fully indoor, temperature-controlled spaces, while the Patio offers a partially covered outdoor setting connected directly to the Bow Truss.

Is Saint Elle exclusively a wedding venue?

No. While Saint Elle is a sought-after wedding venue, it also hosts corporate galas, conferences, and private social events. Its modern industrial design and flexible layout make it a strong choice for any event that calls for a distinctive Nashville setting.

Does Saint Elle offer in-house catering?

Yes. All catering at Saint Elle is provided exclusively by Dream Events and Catering. The in-house culinary team handles full-service catering for every event type, including plated dinners, buffets, cocktail receptions, and custom menus.

Can Saint Elle accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

Yes. Dream Events and Catering can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common food allergies.

Does Saint Elle provide bar service?

Yes. Full bar service is available through Dream Events and Catering for all event types hosted at Saint Elle, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

What AV and lighting capabilities does Saint Elle have?

All lighting and production at Saint Elle is handled exclusively by Nashville Lighting and Production (NLP), a full-service Nashville production company. NLP provides professional audio, high-definition visual displays including projection mapping and live streaming, and comprehensive lighting services ranging from ambient lighting to dynamic effects.

Can I bring outside vendors such as a florist, photographer, or DJ?

Yes, with two exceptions. All food, beverage, and bar service at Saint Elle is provided exclusively through Dream Events and Catering, and all lighting and production must be handled by Nashville Lighting and Production. All other vendors, including florists, photographers, videographers, DJs, and entertainers, are selected by the client. Outside vendors must be licensed and insured. Saint Elle's event coordinator works directly with all vendors to ensure a seamless experience.

Does Saint Elle provide an event coordinator?

Yes. Every event at Saint Elle includes access to a dedicated event coordinator through Infinity Hospitality Group. The coordinator manages logistics, vendor communication, timeline, and day-of execution so clients can focus on their event rather than the details behind it.

Do I need to hire a separate wedding planner if I book Saint Elle?

Not necessarily. Saint Elle's in-house coordination team handles the logistical execution of your event, including vendor scheduling, timeline management, and day-of coordination. Couples who want additional design or planning support may choose to hire an outside planner, but it is not required.

Does Saint Elle have a bridal suite or getting-ready space?

Yes. Saint Elle has two dedicated getting-ready spaces. The Suite offers a private restroom, salon-style vanity, wet bar, and lounge seating. The Green Room, located on the lower level with its own private entrance, offers a more relaxed space with a pub table, lounge seating, bar cart, and mini fridge.

What is the rental fee for Saint Elle?

Pricing at Saint Elle varies by season and day of the week. Peak season runs April through June and September through December, with rental fees of $6,000 Monday through Thursday, $8,500 on Friday, $10,000 on Saturday, and $8,000 on Sunday. Off-peak season runs January through March and July through August, with rental fees of $5,000 Monday through Thursday, $6,500 on Friday, $7,000 on Saturday, and $6,000 on Sunday. 

What is included in Saint Elle's rental fee?

Venue rentals at Saint Elle include exclusive access to the property for the day, along with unlimited 6-foot rectangular tables, unlimited 8-foot rectangular tables, unlimited 60-inch round tables, and 250 white folding chairs.

Does Saint Elle offer lower pricing for weekday events or off-peak seasons?

Yes. Monday through Thursday events are priced lower than Friday and Saturday events, and off-peak season dates offer lower rates than peak season. Clients working with a defined budget are encouraged to ask about weekday and off-peak availability.

How far in advance should I book Saint Elle?

For Saturday wedding dates in peak season, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, as popular dates fill quickly. Weekday events and off-peak season dates may be available with shorter lead times. Contact our team to check current availability.

Can I schedule a tour of Saint Elle before booking?

Who owns and operates Saint Elle?
